Payment terms:
MiroTech LLC provides custom solutions and as a result payment terms vary depending on the project and the customer. In general MiroTech LLC requires a 50% deposit to start the project mostly to cover the purchase of the required hardware. After the “Final Acceptance Test” is signed and a customer is happy with the results the final 50% is paid.
Delivery terms:
Delivery terms are discussed with the client and vary on every project. After the “Final Acceptance Test” is signed the warranty period begins. The warranty period is generally 90 days.
